How to Gargle With Tea Tree Oil

- English oak bark
- Lady's mantle dried leaves
- Sage dried leaves
- Knotweed
- Tea tree oil
- Sea salt
- Clove oil
- Baking soda
- Xylitol crystals
- Bowl
- Jar
- Spoon
- Teapot
- Strainer

Gargle to Cure Gingivitis

Mix English oak bark, lady's mantle dried leaves, sage dried leaves and knotweed in equal quantities in a bowl and store in an air-tight container.

Fill a teapot with 2 cups of water and add 2 tsp. of the herbal mixture to it.

Allow the herbal powder to soak in the teapot for about 12 hours.

Warm the mixture and bring it to a boil. Use a strainer to filter the mixture.

Add 3 to 4 drops of tea tree oil to the gargle mixture and gargle several times a day.
Gargle for Sore Throat

Pour 8 oz. of water in a container with a lid.

Add 3 tbsp. sea salt, 3 drops clove oil and 3 drops tea tree oil. Allow the mixture to sit for about an hour.

Shake the container before using it. Use about 2 to 3 tbsp. of the mixture each time you gargle. For best results gargle once every two hours.
Gargle to Disinfect Mouth

Mix 1 tsp. baking soda in a cup of drinking water and warm the mixture slightly.

Add 4 drops of tea tree oil to the mixture.

Add 2 tsp. of xylitol crystals and stir the mixture.

Pour the mixture into an air-tight container until it is ready to be used.

Gargle using the mixture to kill germs and disinfect your mouth.
