      Fill a pot with water. The amount of water you use will vary depending on the serving size of ficus extract you desire. You can make a single cup of extract tea or a full gallon to drink over the course of days.

      Bring the water to a boil on your stove. When the water starts to boil, add dried ficus deltoidea leaves.

      Cover the pot and allow the water and leaves to boil for 45 minutes. Turn off the stove and remove the pot from heat.

      Strain the mixture through a colander or strainer and into a cup or pitcher. Drink the tea hot, or allow it to cool and refrigerate it. Ficus deltoidea tea can last for three days in a refrigerator.
