1
Consult your physician, who can help you determine how much olive leaf oil you should be taking based on your condition and other medications you may be on.
-
2
Take your olive leaf oil each day, usually a dose in the morning and another at night. This may last for several weeks. During this time you may start to feel achy, tired or fatigued as the fungal infections die and your body deals with the waste material left behind. These symptoms should fade over the course of the treatment.

3
Drink plenty of water. Flushing out your system will help remove the toxins left behind by the dead fungal infection. You should be drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day.
-
4
Supplement your treatment with olive leaf tea. You can brew it using a teabag or by placing olive leaves in a tea ball and steeping them in hot water. Many people use this supplemental treatment to prevent fungal infections entirely, and it can help speed your recovery if you are dealing with an existing infection.
