Ginger - Excellent Remedy for Aches and Nausea

If the nausea that accompanies your stomach aches is really intense you may want to try ginger. It also helps with stomach aches and stomach cramps. The best way to prepare this is to use the fresh root. Just peel a one inch section of the root. Smash it with a meat tenderizer or the bottom of a glass. Place in a mug and pour hot water over it.
