Fill a tea kettle 3/4 full of plain tap water and bring to a boil. The mouth of the kettle will emit steam or a high pitched noise when the water reaches the boiling point.

Place four to eight grams of dried passion fruit leaves into a tea ball and close the tea ball tightly. Tea balls are round mesh balls that prevent the dried leaves from escaping into the water.

Insert the tea ball into a teacup and pour one cup of boiling water from the kettle into the cup.

Allow the passion fruit leaves to soak in the water for one to two minutes to infuse the water.

Drink the entire cup of passion fruit tea and then discard the leaves contained in the tea ball.
