Incontinence occurs when an individual is not able to control their urine. Vitamin C can be taken to help reduce inflammation in individuals with incontinence. Vitamin C can be ingested as a tablet, in a multivitamin or from different fruits, such as lemons and oranges. The Urology Channel recommends those who suffer from incontinence take 500 mg of Vitamin C two to three times daily.
Vitamin E

Vitamin E can also be taken as an anti-inflammatory and treatment for incontinence. Vitamin E can be found in soybeans, corn and nuts, to name a few. According to the Urology Channel, 400 IUs should be taken on a daily basis for incontinence.
