Herbal Plantar Wart Removal
Plantar warts are caused by a viral infection. Locker rooms, bathrooms and especially showers, are common places to come in contact with this infection. Getting rid of plantar warts may not be very easy, and it may take some time and consistency with your treatment. Some herbal treatments have been found to work very well for removing plantar warts.-
Garlic

Garlic may be used as a topical treatment for plantar wart removal. There are a two ways to use garlic to treat the warts. One way is to take a clove of garlic, cut it in half, and rub it on the warts. Cover the area with band aids or tape, and wash your feet the next morning. You should see results within nine weeks. You can also treat the warts with garlic extract that is oil-soluble. Apply to the warts two times each day. This remedy may work in as little as two weeks.
Banana

Banana peel should be cut to the size necessary to cover the wart before going to bed at night. Place the peel over the wart and tape in place. Remove it in the morning and wash your feet, making sure you dry them thoroughly. Using this treatment each night for about three weeks should give you good results.
Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree Oil is an effective treatment to remove plantar warts, either alone or in combination with the garlic treatment or the banana peel treatment. If using both tea tree oil and either the garlic or a banana peel treatment, do the tea tree oil treatment first. Apply a couple of drops of tea tree oil to the warts each night. As the wart begins to die, it will turn black. This treatment should be repeated daily, and should show results within three weeks.

Green tea has many benefits, including being full of antioxidants to help fight the virus that caused the warts. Drinking green tea or taking it as a supplement may help speed the removal of the plantar warts.
