- Fabric
- Measuring tape or ruler
- Scissors
- Needle
- Thread
- 4 cups cornmeal
- Ground lavender
- Catnip
- Ground lemon balm
- Mixing bowel
- Cup measure
- Aromatherapy oil
- Paper towel
- Microwave oven

Cut a sheet of fabric to 4 by 15 inches. Sew three sides and keep one side open.

Put four cups of cornmeal in a large bowl. In a cup, mix these ground herbs, lavender, catnip, and lemon balm. You want approximately one cup of the herbal mixture. Add the mixture to the cornmeal with 20 drops of aromatherapy oil. The type oil does not matter. Pick something you may find soothing such as lavender or eucalyptus.

Fill the fabric pocket and sew the end closed.

Place the wrap you made on a paper towel and put it in the microwave on high for two minutes. Apply the wrap to a tender muscle or just put it around your neck for overall relaxation.
