How to Make a Tincture of Yarrow Root
Yarrow root grows all over the word. It's traditionally used for such ailments as easing discomfort related to menstruation, such as heavy bleeding; gastrointestinal problems like bloating; reducing blood pressure; and relieving urinary-related problems like cystitis and irritable bladder. Yarrow root tincture is easy to make; the most time-consuming part of the process is storing the tincture so that it can become potent. You will save money though, since making your own herbal products is cheaper than buying them.Things You'll Need
