- Wheat grass juice
- Shot glass

Pour and drink half a shot glass (half an ounce) of wheat grass juice an hour before your mid-day meal.

Two hours after you eat your mid-day meal, take another half shot of wheat grass juice.

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 on a daily basis.

Increase to two full shots (two ounces) a day, at the same timing intervals, after one week.

Continue to take wheatgrass on a daily basis, consuming no more than 3 ounces a day.
