How to Extract Yohimbe With Alcohol

Most of the time, Yohimbe is taken either as tea, or in a tablet or capsule. Although Yohimbe extracts may not contain as much active ingredient as the other preparations, alcohol extracts have the advantage of a a much longer shelf life.
