Other foods rich in beta-carotene include blackberries, blueberries, grapes, cherries, watermelon, turnips and dandelion greens.

Foods rich in folic acid, a vitamin essential for cell growth and reproduction, will also help heal your warts. Include the following foods in your daily diet: egg yolks, lentils, liver, bananas, oranges, peaches, dried beans, split peas, potatoes, wholegrain breads, wheat flour and spinach. Other foods rich in folic acid include beetroot, chicken giblets, soy products, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, nuts and asparagus.
Tips
-
Whenever possible, eat the fruits and vegetables rich in beta-carotene and folic acid raw. Cooking the fruits and vegetables will destroy the nutrients. If you can't eat the fruits and vegetables raw, drink the cooking liquid or use it as a sauce over the vegetables; do not throw it away.
Do not consume alcohol while eating foods rich in folic acid---alcohol leads to a folic acid deficiency.
