Purchase a neti pot from a pharmacy, grape seed extract from a health food store and sea salt from a health food or grocery store.

Mix 1 cup of warm water with a 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and 5 drops of grape seed extract. Stir the solution until all elements are completely dissolved. Pour the solution into the neti pot.

Place the neti pot in your nostril and pour the entire contents into the sinus cavity, allowing the solution to go through the sinuses and out the other nostril. Gently blow the nose and repeat on the other side.
Use a Nasal Spray

Purchase a reusable nasal spray bottle from a pharmacy and grape seed extract from a health food store.

Fill the nasal spray bottle with warm water and 5 drops of grape seed extract. Screw on the lid and carry the bottle with you.
