How to Reduce Blood Pressure With Vinegar

- Apple cider vinegar -- natural, 100 percent pure
- Water
- Honey
- Spoon

Fill a glass with eight ounces of water. Use cold water from the tap or use bottled water.

Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the glass of water. Apple cider vinegar is easily found at most grocery stores and health food stores. Make sure it is natural and 100 percent pure apple cider vinegar.

Add a teaspoon of honey to the vinegar/water mixture.

Stir the vinegar/water/honey mixture with a spoon.

Drink a glass of the vinegar/water/honey mixture three times a day, everyday.
Once you notice your blood pressure has decreased, you can reduce the amount of apple cider vinegar to two teaspoons per eight ounce glass of water if you want.
