The daily recommended intake of vitamin B6, biotin and pantothenic acid is greatly exceeded in one dose.

    • NuHair for Women pills contains vitamin A, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, biotin, he shou wu root powder, hydrolyzed collagen, black pepper, ginkgo, horsetail extract, horse chestnut extract, uva ursi, black cohosh extract, burdock extract and cayenne. The daily recommended intake of biotin and pantothenic acid is greatly exceeded in one dose.

    • NuHair has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

    Side Effects

    • There is some concern that NuHair could cause unhealthy side effects. Excess vitamin B6, biotin and pantothenic acid can cause nerve damage in arms and legs, though the damage is usually reversed when the supplements are stopped.
