      Be sure to also include plenty of healthy fats and oils in your diet. Healthy fats omega three fatty acids are found in nuts, salmon and eggs. Your body needs these good fats to reduce inflammation, improve heart health and detoxify.

    • Take a mineral vitamin supplement. In addition to eating foods that are rich in minerals, you can also take a mineral supplement that contains calcium, nickel and other minerals. This will give you additional insurance if your diet is lacking minerals on certain days. To get the most benefit from supplements be sure to drink eight to ten glasses of pure water each day. Water is the transport system for vitamins and minerals. Water delivers vitamins to the cells where they are needed while also carrying away waste to be flushed out of the body.
