How to Combine White Willow With Guarana
White willow bark is a powder derived from the willow tree bark. It is also available in pill and liquid form and is used to treat pain and indigestion. Some tout it as being a more effective painkiller than aspirin.Guarana is a berry native to Brazil and Venezuela. Guarana extract is used as an energy booster. The extract is said to be healthier than caffeine because the energetic effects are time-released rather than instantaneous.
These two ingredients are often combined as a weight-loss supplement. The white willow bark reduces inflammation and pain from fatigue, while the guarana gives you energy. However, these two can be combined as a tea to de-stress and energize anyone for any reason.
