How to Apply Cider Vinegar to a Face Wart
Warts are an overgrowth of skin cells that are caused by the human papillomavirus. The most vulnerable parts of the body where warts appear are moist areas with broken skin. Places such as locker rooms or public pools are prime locations for warts to be spread from person to person. Warts generally are harmless and can be treated without major side effects. It is recommended that you see a doctor to have warts treated, but you can try treating your warts at home before doing so.Things You'll Need

1
Soak the cotton ball in cider vinegar. The entire ball should be moist but not dripping.
-
2
Apply the cotton ball to the wart. Put a self-adhesive bandage over the cotton ball to keep it in place.
-
3
Leave the bandage and cotton ball on the wart overnight. You can choose to leave it on 24 hours a day, but it isn't necessary.
-
4
Change the cotton ball and bandage daily. Continue applying the cider vinegar until the wart dies off. Warts typically die within two weeks using this method.
-
5
Continue applying cider vinegar using the same method for one week after the wart disappears. This will prevent the wart from growing back.
