Tribulus "Terrestris" is an herb most commonly used to increase male libido. It comes from a plant also known as Puncture Vine or Caltrop.

    • Tribulus is used to increase your sex drive up to 50 percent by boosting your testosterone levels.

    Mild Side Effects

    • The only known side effect is upset stomach, which can be remedied by taking the supplement with food.

    Severe Side Effects

    • If used with the right dosage, there are no known major effects to your nervous or cardiovascular systems. Overdosing can cause irreparable brain damage.

    Interactions
