Natural Diabetic Cure
Type 2 Diabetes is a very dangerous disease that plagues many people today. Roughly half of all diabetics don't even know they have it. Ultimately the body has stopped responding to the hormone insulin, which drives blood sugar into the cells. This can cause your blood sugar to stay elevated, and can lead to dehydration, dizziness, excessive hunger, and eventually blindness and death.-
Exercise
-
Since during exercise the body does not require insulin to regulate blood sugar, this is a great way to help control your blood sugar. Exercise also is known to help reduce bodyfat, and obesity is one of the causes of diabetes. Start by going on 15-20 minute walks three to five days a week, in the sunlight (no sunblock). After a couple weeks of walking start doing some resistance training three days per week. This will help elevate your metabolism, and help you add a little muscle while reducing your bodyfat. Go on a low carb diet
-
During the day you should eat simply. Plenty of vegetables, simple protein (eggs, unsweetened yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese), and fruit (no more than 2 servings per day). You should keep your portions small and avoid anything cooked. You will likely feel hungry during the day, and this is good. You do still need to maintain your blood sugar, so do what you need to for that. Try to stick to the rules as well as you can.
At night you will have your biggest meal, however there is a specific method you need to follow. Start with your raw vegetables. This includes a salad, which is a must, along with any other uncooked vegetables. Next you move to your protein (beef, chicken, lamb, beans, dairy) and your cooked vegetables (steamed is best). Finish your meal with your carbohydrates: breads; rice; potatoes, etc. By the time you reach your carbohydrates you should be finishing your meal. If you have room left to eat a bunch of rice or bread, for example, then eat more meat next time.
Try to keep your carbohydrates lower, and don't drink any sugar. Also, do not use any artificial sweeteners like aspartame (NutraSweet) or sucralose (splenda). These only make matters worse for diabetics, and actually prevent weight loss. If you need to sweeten something use Stevia, it is a natural herb that is very sweet and helps with insulin-sensitivity.
Take blood sugar regulating supplements
-
Chromium is a supplement that is essential to the function of insulin, without it your body will eventually become insulin-resistant. For these purposes 200mg twice a day may help regulate your blood sugar.
Magnesium deficiency has also been linked to diabetes. It is recommended to take a good magnesium supplement before bed, as this will also help you sleep.
Vanadium, in the form of Vanadyl Sulfate, is another mineral that helps in the function of insulin. This could also be taken once or twice a day, with dinner and possibly during the day.
Do a full body cleanse
-
Your body likely has a high accumulation of toxins that can cause a number of health concerns. It is best to cleanse the colon, liver, and kidneys all at the same time and this is best done with a product like the Dual-Action Cleanse. This one is a 30-day cleanse that does not disrupt your lifestyle and may also aid in losing the weight that is contributing to your condition.
