Herbs for Foot Pain

Many herbs are known for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic qualities, such as cat's claw and ginger. Using herbs for pain relief offers a safe alternative over traditional pain relievers, typically with the same results.
  1. Arnica

    Evening Primrose Oil

    • Supplement with one tablespoon of evening primrose oil daily for pain relief. Evening primrose oil can abate the pain and inflammation of arthritis and other afflictions.
