Cold Sheet Treatment

The cold sheet treatment, founded by the late Dr. John Christopher, is an herbal medicine remedy for infection illnesses like the cold and flu. The first step of Dr. Christopher's herbal medicine involves cleansing the body. There are steps you should know to help you safely and successfully practice the cold sheet treatment.
  1. The Procedure

    • The cold sheet treatment is an intense procedure involving a catnip enema, garlic injection and exposure to extreme temperatures. The catnip enema cleanses the body. The garlic injection, a combination of distilled water, apple cider vinegar and garlic, should be injected into the patient's rectum via a syringe.

Following the garlic injection the patient sits in a hot bath, made up of hot water and herbs such as ginger, dry mustard and cayenne. The hot bath will burn the skin and render the patient's muscles useless. To make the hot bath more tolerable for the patient, coat his testicles with petroleum jelly.

Prepare a gallon of diaphoretic tea to serve the patient, at room temperature, every 10 minutes so he remains hydrated. Yarrow is the best diaphoretic herb to use in the tea. You will need helping hands while administering the cold sheet treatment because the patient will be unable to get out of the bath himself. You will need to carry the patient out of the hot bath.

After the hot bath, place the patient in an ice cold sheet and cover him in blankets made of natural fibers. Before covering the patient with blankets you will use a garlic paste, made of garlic and petroleum jelly, on the patient's feet. Ideally, the cold sheet treatment should be done at night so the patient can sleep while in the ice cold sheet. This part of the cold sheet treatment makes the patient sweat toxins out of his body.

Considering the physical toll of the cold sheet treatment, not everyone is fit for the procedure. Small children and senior citizens are among people who should not receive the cold sheet treatment.

    The Next Day

    • In the morning you will give the patient a sponge bath to make sure no toxins are left on her skin. For the three days following the herbal medicine procedure, your patient should undergo juice therapy. Give the patient vegetable juice or fruit juices with no additives, like grape or apple juice. Also provide the patient with fresh fruit to eat.

Dr. Christopher believed in educating his patients. Explain to the patient what she did that made her need the cold sheet treatment. By educating the patient you enable her to change her habits to prevent the same condition from occurring again.
