How to Make Herbal Salt Scrubs
A salt scrub is a wonderful spa treatment that's easy to use at home. Scrubs are used after a shower or bath by rubbing the prepared salt onto wet skin and then rinsing. - Coarse sea salt
- Epsom salts
- Sweet almond oil
- Essential oils and herbs
- Mixing bowl
- 5-ounce cosmetic jars with lids

Measure 1/2 cup coarse sea salt, 2 tablespoons Epsom salts, and 2 tablespoons sweet almond oil. Mix together in a bowl with a fork. Use fresh or put into a cosmetic jar and cover.

Make an enhanced version of the basic scrub. Mix 1/2 cup coarse ground sea salt, 2 tablespoons Epsom salts, 2 tablespoons sweet almond oil, 2 teaspoons calendula oil, 1 teaspoon of rosehip seed oil, 1 teaspoon dried jasmine flowers. Use fresh or package it in cosmetic jars.
