    • Rose hips contain very high concentrations of vitamin C. They also contain high levels of vitamins A, E, K and P. Rose hips help to nourish the entire nervous system. Vitamins A, E, and C contained in rose hips are useful in improving memory.

    Skullcap

    • Skullcap is a strong nervine that helps with nervous disorders. This herb helps with anxiety, insomnia, stress, hysteria and convulsions. The herb helps to tone and strengthen the nervous system.

    Combinations

    • Siberian ginseng is often used in conjunction with gotu kola because it helps both the physical and emotional body cope with stress. Hawthorn is often added to ginko because it helps to increase oxygen to the heart, which is also nourishing to the brain.
