How to Use Guarana
Guarana is a berry native to South American countries such as Brazil. It is a popular ingredient in energy drinks because it may enhance general alertness, relieve fatigue and exhaustion, and enhance physical performance. Guarana contains caffeine, which accounts for its energy-enhancing qualities. No official dose advice exists for guarana except from anecdotal evidence. Guarana comes in the form of a capsule, tea and energy drink.Instructions
