How to Use Mustard Seeds for Knee Pain
Things You'll Need
- 2 tbsp. mustard seeds
- Mortar and pestle
- 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
- Small bowl

Pour 2 tbsp. of mustard seeds into the mortar. Crush the seeds with the pestle until they turn into powder.

Pour 1/2 tbsp. of vinegar into a different bowl. Add the mustard powder. Mix them together until they form a paste.

Cover your knee with the paste. Let it sit for 30 minutes before washing it off.
