2
Take the bee pollen powder 20 to 30 minutes before your breakfast. Do not take it with hot beverages such as coffee or tea, because heat can degrade some of the healing properties of the bee pollen.
-
3
Increase your bee pollen dosage by 3 granules every 3 to 4 days until you have reached a dosage of anywhere from 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. The amount you take will determine your reaction to the pollen, your symptoms and your dietary needs.
