How to Use Ginger to Get Rid of Bloating

- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp lime juice

Purchase some nice firm, fresh ginger from your grocery store and a good fresh lime.

Peel the ginger root with a peeler. An alternative to a peeler is to use the edge of a spoon to scrape the skin off as it is very papery.

Grate the peeled ginger with your preferred grater. I don't recommend food blenders however as they make a little too much mince meat of the ginger.

Juice your lime. You will want to make sure you have no seeds. If you are not fond of pulp, be sure to remove all of that as well.

Measure out a teaspoon of grated ginger and a teaspoon of lime juice into a glass or cup and mix well to form a drink for using ginger to get rid of bloating naturally.

Down the Hatch! Drink the mixture to naturally stop bloating straight away. The stop bloating drink doesn't keep and should always be prepared fresh.
