1
Obtain the shells from at least a dozen eggs. It is bets to crack and clean out these eggshells yourself. While it is not essential for the eggshells to be totally clean, the cleaner the better.
-
2
Add several ounces of bones. These can be chicken, beef, turkey, or any other type of bone. Addition of these bones will help you get more hyaluronic acid.
-
3
Boil the mixture. Add enough water to completely cover the mixture of bones and eggshells and boil for eight hours on a stove. Keep adding water as necessary to replace that which boils off.
-
4
Strain the mixture. Use a pasta strainer to help strain out what remains of your bones and eggshells after the boiling is done.
-
5
Refrigerate and use. Put the strained liquid in the refrigerator to let it cool. At this point, it can be either mixed in with other flavorings to make a hyaluronic acid-rich beverage, or you can use it for cooking to supplement your food.
