- 16 oz. spring or distilled water
- 1 tbsp. Eelcampane root
- 4 cloves garlic (or 4 tsp. minced garlic)
- 1 tbsp. echinacea root
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. Honey
- 4 tbsp. Whiskey

Boil water and add chopped garlic, echinacea and elecampagne root.

Let the herbs simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Strain into a shaker container.

Add lemon juice, honey and whiskey to the container and stir.

Let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Shake vigorously before using.
