Natural Cures for Athletes Foot

Apple Cider Vinegar

A solution of 50 percent apple cider vinegar and 50 percent water will relieve the itching and scaly skin of athlete's foot. Soak for 10 minutes every day for 10 days.
Cinnamon

This spice has anti-fungal properties. Boil 6 cups of water and 6 cinnamon sticks for five minutes. Steep for 30 minutes and use the liquid solution as a foot bath for 10 to 14 days.
Garlic

Garlic serves as an antibiotic which eliminates the fungus that causes athlete's Foot. Sprinkle garlic powder on the feet twice a day or wash with garlic juice for seven days.
