Valerian Root

Valerian root is a mild sedative that can alleviate headache pressure. You can use Valerian root in tincture form for maximum potency.
Lavender

Use lavender in a compress on your forehead, and it will reduce the pain of your headache. Just add a few drops to a warm, wet cloth, and lay it across your forehead.
Thyme

Thyme can be used as a steam to reduce headache pain. Simply add dried thyme to hot boiling water, lower your face 12 inches (no closer) over the bowl, and cover your head with a towel. Do this for 5 to 10 minutes.
