How to Make Body Wrap Kits at Home

- Plain white sheet 2 cups green clay 1 cup sea salt 1 cup herbs 1 cup kelp powder 5-cup or larger glass jar

Wash the sheet in an all-natural detergent free of perfume or dyes. Cut your sheet into strips that are 3 inches wide. Store the strips in a clean bag or pillowcase.

Make a mix of alfalfa leaf, calendula, chamomile, parsley, peppermint or rosehip powders. Use all the herbs or choose as few or as many as you like. Measure out 1 cup of this mix to add to the other ingredients.

Mix 2 cups green clay, 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup herbs, and 1 cup kelp powder in a large bowl. Transfer to the glass jar and close tightly.

Include directions with your kit. The directions should read: Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot. Add contents of body wrap mix, stir well, and let cool for 10 minutes. Soak one cloth strip in the mixture for 10 seconds. Wrap tightly around one ankle, working up the calf. Continue with wrapping process until the entire body is covered. Relax and detoxify for 45 minutes to an hour.
