Combine ½ tsp. each dried peppermint leaves and lemon balm leaves. Place herbs in a coffee mug and cover with 8 oz. boiling water. Allow the mixture to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the liquid into a clean coffee mug. Drink the tea with large meals to prevent acid reflux.

Add 1 tsp. chamomile flowers to a coffee mug. Pour 8 oz. boiling water over the flowers. Allow the mixture to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the tea into another clean coffee mug. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Drink this anytime acid reflux symptoms begin.
