1
To get rid of swimmer's ear naturally, fill a tube sock with one cup of coarse salt. Tie a knot at the end so no salt spills out.
-
2
Put the tube sock in the microwave for two minutes. Let the sock cool until it is warm to the touch.
-
3
Lie on the same side of your swimmer's ear with the warm sock under your ear for ten minutes. The heat from the sock helps the swelling, and the salt will help draw the water out ending your swimmer's ear problem. You will be back in the swimming pool before you know it.
