Mix two tablespoons of honey with four ounces of warm water. Stir this drink until the honey has mixed throughout the entire glass. Drink in the morning for backache relief.

Gather ten garlic cloves and place them in a frying pan. Add four tablespoons of coconut oil and heat these ingredients on your stove. Once the garlic has been sufficiently fried, usually five-to-ten minutes cooking time, remove the cloves and pour the oil into a bowl. Allow the oil to cool off so that it is warm to the touch. Massage the oil onto the area of your back that hurts for pain relief.

Pour three tablespoons of mint oil in a small bowl. Pour the oil in the palm of your hands and rub them together. Gently massage the mint oil on the area of your back that is causing you pain. Massage for ten minutes before washing clean with warm water and a soft cloth.

Juice one whole lemon into a bowl. Add one teaspoon of common table salt and and stir. Massage this mixture into your back for pain relief and muscle relaxation.
