- Blackstrap molasses

Mix two tablespoons of blackstrap molasses in five ounces of milk. Stir this mixture for several minutes to ensure that the molasses has been properly dissolved. Drink ten minutes before going to sleep every night.

Drink four ounces of fresh cabbage juice twice per day for constipation relief. If you find that the cabbage juice is too strong for you to drink, mix in three ounces of water to dilute the taste.

Place 10 dried seedless grapes into eight ounces of milk. Heat the milk until it begins to boil and then strain the grapes out of the milk. Drink the milk while eating the grapes.
