Peel the skin off of three lemons and submerge the lemon peels into eight ounces of coconut oil for two days. Apply this mixture directly to your scalp before showering. Allow it to sit on your scalp for 20 minutes before washing your hair with your normal shampoo and conditioner. Repeat this process three times a week until your dandruff has subsided.

Combine six tablespoons of warm water with two tablespoons of cosmetic vinegar in a bowl. Dip your cotton pad into this solution, ensuring that it is adequately drenched with the solution. Apply directly to your scalp before going to sleep. Your scalp only needs to be dampened by this solution; you don't want your hair to be dripping wet. Wash your hair with your normal shampoo and conditioner the next morning. Repeat on a nightly basis until your dandruff is gone.
