Instructions

    • 1

Consume a minimum of 500 mg of wheat grass on a daily basis. Always take wheat grass on an empty stomach so that it will be fully absorbed by your body. The chlorophyll in the wheat grass will reduce the amount of odor that is released from your body.

Apply baking soda directly to your armpits and feet to eliminate the amount of sweat build-up in these areas. As a substitute to deodorant, mix lemon juice with baking soda and apply this mixture directly to your armpits twice a day.

    • 3

Run a bath and while the water is being filled, place 5 to 7 drop of rose water directly into the bathtub. Sit in the bathtub for around 30 minutes to allow maximum absorption into your system.

    • 4

Gather several cotton balls and small bowl, and place them on your counter. Pour a small amount of white vinegar into the bowl and dip your cotton balls into the mixture. If you find that the smell of white vinegar is too strong, dilute it with water. Once you have soaked your cotton balls into the mixture, wipe down your underarms with it. This mixture will reduce the pH balance in your skin and will eliminate body odors.

Mix 1 oz. of water with 3 drops of tea tree essential oil. With a cotton ball, apply this mixture to your underarms as a replacement for deodorant. Tea tree is an antibacterial herb, which kills the bacteria in sweat that causes body odor.
