Stretch Mark Removing Remedies
Stretch marks typically appear on the hips, thighs, breasts and abdomen. They are deep purple lines that show when the skin has been stretched past i's limit. While the unsightly lines usually occur in women, men experience them as well. The collagen simply cannot produce enough elasticity to keep up with the skin growth. While stretch marks do fade, they never disappear without intervention. Eventually, the stretch marks turn into whitish, silvery lines that look better than their predecessors, but definitely not perfect. There are things, however, you can do to mask the appearance of, or simply eliminate, stretch marks.Things You'll Need
- Olive oil
- Cocoa butter

1
Crack open the cocoa butter. Many pregnant women do this every night before they go to bed. The oil moisturizes the skin to prevent new stretch marks from appearing, and softens the appearance of the old. This method, however, does not have a lasting effect. You will need to apply cocoa butter each night to see results daily.

Rub your stretch marks each night before bed with a teaspoon of olive oil per location. You can do this after you apply cocoa butter for added benefit. The main purpose of this is to massage the area in question. Bring extra circulation and skin growth to your stretch marks and you will improve their appearance.

Drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning, one in the middle of the day and one after supper. Extra water will help moisturize your skin to plump up the existing stretch marks and prevent new ones from appearing.

4
Use a Derma Roller every morning when you get out of bed. This is another type of massager. Performing the routine each morning will get your skin and stretch marks ready for the day by increasing circulation and simulating cell and collagen growth.

Apply a topical collagen stretch mark cream. After using the derma roller, apply topical cream to the area to stimulate your collagen growth. In fact, some creams actually claim to heal scars and replace them with healthy, supple skin.
