1
Eat a few saltines before you get out of bed in the morning. Wait about 10 minutes, and then sit on the edge of the bed for a few seconds before you stand up. This will help you by putting something mild in your system and helping raise your blood sugar levels.

2
Eat a little of something that doesn't irritate your stomach, before you feel hungry. It is important to keep your blood sugar levels even. Sometimes the sick feeling happens because the blood sugar level drops too much or too quickly. If you eat before you feel hungry, you will keep it stable.
-
3
Avoid foods and smells that cause problems for you. This may not be easy. But if you want to feel good, you will have to avoid even smelling things that irritate your stomach.
-
4
Suck on a piece of hard candy. If you feel the churning in your stomach beginning, sucking on a piece of hard candy may give you enough of a sweet taste and raise your blood sugar level enough to help alleviate that sick feeling.
-
5
Take your vitamins a half dose twice a day. Prenatal vitamins can cause some women to feel sick. Cutting the dose in half and taking them twice a day with food may help avoid such problems.
-
6
When you eat fruit, such as an apple, try to eat some protein with it. Eating peanut butter or cheese with fruit may help keep the spike that can occur in your blood sugar levels from rising and falling rapidly.
-
7
Drink enough water, juice and milk. Keeping yourself hydrated will help you keep from getting sick. Even if you are throwing up, make sure you keep yourself hydrated.
