Take the Chamomile Oil and put a few drops in a water dilution suitable for a diffuser.

Light the diffuser whether you use it with a candle or a bulb.

Put the diluted water and chamomile solution in the diffuser.

Allow the smell to permeate the room you are in while you relax in a chair and breathe it in. You can also fill a bathtub and drop some chamomile oil into the hot water for the same effect, it will also soothe the skin, colicky babies and indigestion.

Get a base lotion. You can find base lotions for sale on the Internet made of Shea Butter and other bases. These are specifically made to be enhanced with essential oils.

Add the amount of drops of chamomile to the base lotion. If you do not know how much to add you can usually find charts for the safe amount usage on the websites that sell base lotions.

Spread the lotion on irritated skin where you are inflicted with dryness, flakiness, psoriasis, eczema, and allergic reactions. Also good for diaper rash, burns and sunburns.
