- Dandelion root, fresh or dried
- Dandelion root capsules
- Teapot
- Water
- Dandelion stems
- Mortar and pestle

Fill the teapot with water and heat it to a boil.

Steep the dried root in a pot of hot water.

Drink at least one cup of dandelion root tea per day.
