How to Lower Blood Pressure With Ginger
Things You'll Need
- Fresh ginger root, cut into slices (about 10 or 15)
- 4 cups water
- Lemon wedges
- 1 tsp. honey

Peel and cut fresh ginger root into slices. Reserve and store the rest of the ginger root for later use.

In a saucepan add 10 to 15 slices of the ginger root to 4 cups of water. Boil on medium high heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let the ginger steep for 5 minutes longer.

Strain the pieces of ginger from the tea. Pour into a teacup, add the lemon wedge and 1 tsp. of honey to taste. For health benefits, drink 2 cups a day.
