How to Use Chamomile to Treat a Cold

Make a Chamomile Chai Tea to Treat Cold Symptoms

Bring 1 cup of water to a rapid boil.

Grate 3 tsp. of ginger root.

Add grated ginger root to the water and reduce heat to a simmer.

Add 1 tsp. coriander seeds, 1/8 tsp. of cardamom, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of ground allspice seasoning.
