How to Use Far Infrared Light Bulbs
A far infrared lamp can relieve muscle pain, soft tissue injuries, back pain, gout pain and migraines. Far infrared waves are part of the light spectrum, minus the ultraviolet waves. The far infrared waves emitted from the lamp penetrate up to 3 and 1/2 inches into your body, stimulating circulation and producing gentle warming waves over the area. The far infrared lamp, also called the miracle lamp or healing lamp, requires special far infrared bulbs to work.Things You'll Need
