1
Mix the solution. Add 1/8 tsp. of Xylitol, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. distilled water to 1 oz. (1 tbsp.) colloidal silver in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve. You can also mix half colloidal silver with half of any over-the-counter saline solution in its own bottle to use as a nasal spray.

2
Fill the eye dropper with the solution. Set the timer for three minutes. Lie on your back with your head hanging upside down off the edge of a bed. Slowly drip the solution into each nostril, just until it begins to drip at the back of your throat. This means your sinuses are full. Lie still until the timer goes off.

3
Set the timer for another three minutes. Roll over onto your belly so your head hangs over the edge of the bed, face-down. Stay like that until the timer goes off.
-
4
Sit up and let the solution drain out of your nose and into a tissue. Discard the remaining solution. Don't save it for future use.
-
5
Set the timer for 45 minutes and repeat the procedure. This makes one full rinse session. It's important to do this step, or the rinse won't work as well to kill the bacteria. Do this twice a day, morning and night. It will take a couple of days for you to see the results.
