You will encourage your clients to build skills and provide education and support to sustain progressive lifestyle changes that reduce long-term health risks. As a holistic lifestyle coach, you a view the body as a whole organism and seek to strengthen the three pillars of good long-term health: nutrition, exercise, and a healthy emotional state. As a certified holistic lifestyle coach, you are not a certified dietitian or clinical nutritionist unless you have formerly completed the separate and necessary education. Holistic lifestyle coaching is not intended to treat or diagnose disease. Enroll in an entry level holistic lifestyle coaching program like the C.H.E.K. (Corrective High-Performance Exercise Kinesiology) Institute Education Level One, which focuses on assessments while the body is in motion, to obtain legal certification to practice as a holistic lifestyle coach, level one program. This will guarantee you level one certification as a holistic lifestyle coach.

To get your level two holistic lifestyle coaching certification, which focuses on advanced back care as the root of many health maladies, you must complete the level one certification program 40 days prior to the level two course. Successful completion the level two course program will guarantee you an advanced level two certification.

Complete the level three program, which includes studying case histories after finishing levels one and two, respectively. You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with all prior techniques before advancing to this level.

Complete level four and the Master's level five by contacting the C.H.E.K. Institute directly. The certification for levels one, two, three, four, and Master's level five are not state specific. Like a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree, certification is universally accepted.
