How to do a Hot Vinegar Pack Treatment

Hot vinegar packs are a simple topical home remedy that may be helpful in relieving various pains, such as in the abdomen and pelvis. This remedy involves applying a heated mixture of vinegar and water on the painful area of the body. Hot vinegar packs are soothing and calming, and they may ease the pain of gallstone attacks, kidney stone attacks, intestinal cramping and colic, uterine cramping, and other spasm-related conditions. It's important to know what's causing the pain, so consult with a holistically minded healthcare professional, such as a naturopathic physician, for appropriate diagnosis, an individualized treatment plan, and advice on prevention.
