Essential oils are made from plants through a process that pulls the natural healing properties into an oil to scent items such bath beads or candles, or to holistically treat ailments such as toothaches or congestion. It is important to compare brand, price, and healing properties of essential oils before use.

  Make a list of all of the essential oils that you wish to compare. Make a spreadsheet that has as many rows as your number of oils, and five columns.

  Label the rows and columns. Each row should have the name of an essential oil, and each column should be labeled with brand name, size, price, healing properties, and uses.

  Go to the Internet and find a website with information on oils from your list, such as Puritan's Pride.

  Fill out your spreadsheet with all of the information that you have listed in the columns.

  Purchase your preferred oils after comparing bottle size, healing properties, and price.
